FAQs

Q?

When I first fill my pool in the spring the water looks somewhat cloudy and unattractive. What do I do about this?

A.

This is a common occurrence and there is no need for alarm. Suspended particles in water will clear in two or three days after recirculating through the filters with chlorination.

Q?

How many hours a day should I run my pool pump?

A.

For best water results, your pump/filtration/chlorination system should be running 24 hours a day. If recirculation stops than a build-up of bacteria, debris, algae, bottom grime and scum on the pool walls can take place.
